The best season to visit Mexico is winter, specifically from November to April. If possible, be sure to avoid planning your trip in late summer or early fall (August through October), which is usually considered hurricane season.


Transportation: The main airport of Mexico City is Mexico City International Airport (AICM), however, if you are planning to visit Cancun, the Cancun International Airport will be the right airport for you. There are plenty of ground transportation options available, such as Airport Taxi, Buses, and Rental Cars. You will be able to find popular rental car companies, such as Herz, Budget, and Avis, providing services at major airports in Mexico.

Visas: Visas are not required to enter Mexico if you are a US citizen or green card holder.
